Western Farm Show Kansas CityNext week Show Me Shortline will be attending the Western Farm Show in Kansas City, Missouri. Our booth numbers are 553, 549, 649. Machines that we will be featuring include the Tubeline Nitro Ranch Series manure spreaders and Tubeline Bale wrappers, Jaylor Mixers, McHale bale wrappers, baler/wrapper combinations and the McHale V660 variable chamber baler. Lets talk a little about a few of those machines here. The Tubeline Nitro 375RS has a carrying capacity of 12tons and only requires a tractor PTO HP of 90. This efficient unit has the same great qualities that the Tubeline Nitro spreaders do, like intelligently engineered beaters that spread consistently every time so you donҒt have to worry about runoff, quick drop removable beaters that can convert your spreader into a rear discharge trailer quickly, and lifetime warranty heavy duty logging chains that have a breaking strength of 72,400lbs. There are brakes available as well on all models. Video Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlkne5k4O88 The V660 baler makes dense bales, reducing the number of truck loads to haul bales around. Since the McHale V660 baler has a chopper unit in it, the hay is partially already processed when it reaches your TMR mixer or direct livestock- which makes it easier to digest and reduces TMR mixer times significantly. The McHale V660 Baler also has a faster transfer speed time than other balers. 15 seconds, or 25% of your day might be spent waiting for a bale to transfer if you ran another baler. The V660 has other great features that are forward thinking including a drop floor. With the touch of a button and never getting out of the tractor cab, a blockage can be eliminated and you can go about your baling, reducing labor costs, time spent, and fuel going back and forth from the field getting tools and help-possibly parts too-to remove a blockage with another baler. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTb85iASzEA Jaylor TMR mixers are known for their square cut auger that provides higher quality mix, faster speeds and using 20% less horsepower. Jaylor mixers provide mix uniformity so your livestock cannot sort, leading to better nutrition. With Jaylors processing knives, over 14 configurations of discharge for fast, even unloading and fast speeds, farmers have seen great success with Jaylor mixers. There is a mixer for any size operation you might have from smaller producers to large operations.
