The Diamond Z560 is a stationary wrapper with 3 point hitch mounting. This economical wrapper will wrap 4ft x 4ft bales and can be used for 4ft x 5ft in some cases. The maximum bale wright is 1800 pounds. The Diamond Z560 comes with a programmable monitor that indicates the number of current wraps, quantity of bales wrapped and average number of bales wrapped per hour. The Diamond Z560 wrapper can wrap a bale in approximately 80 seconds, depending on how many layers of wrap you wish to put on. The Diamond wrapper offers an optional ramp that places the bale on the ground horizontal or vertical when it is done wrapping. If you prefer a self-loading, trailed unit, Diamond offers another economical, sturdy, bale wrapper called the Diamond Z577. The Diamond Z577 cable control for lift, rotate and top is mounted on the tractor. It also comes with a programmable monitor. A great feature of the Diamond Z577 wrapper is that the right side wheel swivels out for more stability when wrapping and also swings in for narrow transport. The Diamond Z577 also comes with a ramp, but for this unit the ramp is used to self-load the bale before wrapping. On both of these Diamond models, there is a simple and effective mechanical cut and hold system that requires no separate action from the operator to finish wrapping one bale and start another.
