We’ve added a new product to our line, the May Bride Harrow Caddy. This is essentially a “chain harrow on wheels,” and customers that have demoed it throughout the Midwest are loving it.
This harrow is designed for:
  • Pastures
  • Preparing seed beds
  • Covering seed
  • Spreading manure
  • Incorporating herbicide
  • Horse training tracks
  • Landscape

There are two sides to the harrow, one side has 3inch teeth and are angled at 45degrees for better trash harrowing and lighter harrowing action, while the other side is 3inch teeth angled at 15degrees for more rigid harrowing action. Because of the unique tooth arrangement on this harrow, it is self-cleaning in most conditions.

Recently we demoed this unit in Edina, Missouri and customers had these things to say about the unit:

They liked the “heavier tines that will not wear out as quickly as some other harrows” that they had seen.
They also liked the “low clearance” for easier transportation making it legal all around. Customers appreciated the “longer tongue for tighter turns,” as well as how “easy it is to reverse sides” of the harrow to transfer between the lighter side and the rigid side.

The May Bridge harrow caddy will also be of interest to our organic customers, as this unit is great at preparing seed beds and spreading manure.
This simple design is operated from the tractor seat, and can handle harrow widths of 17’ through 26’.

As mentioned above, the teeth are made from 5/8inch hi Carbon steel, which will provide you with a longer wear life on the teeth-an area where most other harrows fail first. These units are economically priced and built to last.
